ATTORNEY PROFILE

Robert Stevens has been a practicing attorney since 2009, and he worked in the legal field prior to that time.  Stevens attended law school at the University of Memphis, where he graduated magna cum laude and served on the Law Review.  Prior to law school, he graduated from Lipscomb University summa cum laude.

A Rutherford County resident for over thirty years, Stevens is very involved in the community. He was elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives in 2022 and previously served on Rutherford County Commission from 2010 – 2022. Stevens is a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Smyrna. He served on the Motlow College Foundation Board of Trustees from 2012 – 2020 and was the graduation speaker for Motlow College in May 2017. Additionally, Stevens is a member of Sons of the American Revolution, Smyrna Independent Merchant’s Association, and is an active member at his church.
